Important Notices
To help us clean efficiently and safely, please remove personal items and clear access to the areas you want serviced. If you have fragile or valuable items, we recommend moving them prior to our arrival.
We come fully equipped with professional cleaning tools and trusted products. If you’d like us to use your own supplies or eco-friendly products, just let us know when booking.
We love animals! However, to avoid accidents, we ask that pets are kept in a separate space during the cleaning session. Please let us know in advance if pets will be on the premises.
Please ensure parking is available near the property. If you live in an apartment or condo, inform your concierge or provide access instructions ahead of time.
Plans can change we get it. To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule
Our team does their best with high-grade products, but some old or set-in stains may not be fully removable. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile surfaces.
